Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Thank you for visiting SabThekedar.com. We are committed to providing a great experience for our customers and service providers (contractors). Since all of our services are digital, our policies are as follows: 

 

1 . No Physical Goods

Our website does not sell any physical goods (such as building materials, tools, or machinery). We only provide digital advertising, listing, and verification services. Therefore, returns of any kind are not possible. 

 

2 . Refund Rules

.successful listing :  Once your Premium Listing or Verification Badge is activated on the Website, no refunds will be given on the payment made for the same.

.Double Payment: If due to technical glitch the amount is deducted twice for the same service, we will verify and refund the excess amount to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 7-10 working days. 

.Pending Service: If you’ve paid but your profile hasn’t been updated within 48 hours, you can contact us with your payment receipt. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide the service.

 

3 . Cancellation

.Users may request to cancel their Premium Membership or Listing at any time, but no refunds will be given for the current period. Your service will remain active until the next billing date.

 

4 . misinformation or fraud 

.If a contractor provides false information or defrauds clients, the Platform reserves the right to delete their profile without notice. In such circumstances, no deposits will be refunded.
